Tobacco Raffle: March 2019

You don't see many square tins nowadays. I suppose they don't seal as well as a screw-down round tin, there just seems to be something not-quite-right about putting a square flake into a round tin. This month, we have two exceptional blends - both in square (or at least rectangular) tins. - Tom

Sillem's Mayor (50g)
Sillem's Mayor is a pressed Virginia flake with just the tiniest hint of orange and honey added. It’s a little sweet, a little citrusy and has plenty of that natural grassy flavor you’ve come to love from quality Virginia pipe tobaccos. If you’re a fan of the smooth and zesty flavor of Virginias, you’ll love this blend.

Germain's King Charles Smoking Mixture (50g)
Germain's King Charles Smoking Mixture is a straight blend of high quality Virginian, Oriental and Cyprian latakia tobaccos giving a smooth smoke robust in strength. There are no added flavors, just the pure taste of natural tobacco. This blend is often the first to sell out whenever a tobacconist receives a shipment of Germain's tobacco.
